I feel a lot of people don't know this, but after being set on fire and than being put out you will continue to take burn damage (this is indicated by the fire symbol above the red thermometer). This can be prevented by removing your
uniform.
Removing a marines uniform can prevent husking as a result of burn damage and is very important to do if someone does not stand up after being extinguished. Many a time have I had to yell at medics dragging away someone who was cooking in their armor.
Only you can prevent unnecessary husking.
