Evertbody knows that Alpha squad is a newbie squad and totally underrated and that Charlie and Delta are Unga squads. But what's the different between Charlie and Delta and why they don't like each other ? And what's specific for Bravo ?
And what duty do they normally get ( like FOB duty or Scout duty)?
Which thing is specific for which squad?

Re: Which thing is specific for which squad?
These are generalizations.
Alpha is the newbie squad by nature. It's first in order, Andrew players tend to not set a squad preference (Though with the changes to squad preference that might be different). They aren't that bad.
Bravo mostly gets FOB duty, and they usually do a good job. They're stationary players who tend to listen to most orders but seem to lack the confidence needed to do some offensive moves. They're a real orderly bunch.
Charlie is different than delta. They have their breakfast, and they like their grape souto. They RP more than delta, and are slightly more cohesive.
Delta is the largest squad. They are very aggressive, but have difficulty following orders.
The Charlie Delta aren't that bad relationship wise. On the ground they fight shoulder to shoulder, and a couple months ago the two squads were pretty close together. I'd have to attribute most of the fighting to pre briefing boredom.

Alpha has a tendency to bail at the first sign of trouble unless they have at least one other squad directly behind them. They're the most (negatively) consistent squad in my experience.
Bravo typically lacks confidence and is extremely likely to only help their own, but when they have the drive and encouragement, they can make charges and pull off feats that could put Delta or Charlie to shame.
Charlie's pretty competent and likely to have each others' backs, so they're a good squad to be in. They're the most (positively) consistent squad all-around.
Delta's basically the wildcard of the squads. Skill? Could be anywhere from untrained conscripts to an elite fighting force. Courage? They can either lose momentum after a single failure or fight to the death like monsters. Discipline? Typically they don't follow orders beyond "go here, kill everything, go there, repeat" but sometimes they can be pretty decent. Cohesion? Some of them are actually perfectly fine knifing each other to death, but there's a few that are so dedicated to their squad they're willing to hijack Normandy to save a wounded or dead squadmate. The only thing that's consistent with Delta is they never handle FOB Duty well.

Charlie and Delta have a rival relationship.
Bravo is the FOB squad, but sometimes can shine.
Alpha is either completely full of newbies or veterans.

As for the difference between Charlie and Delta, I've heard it described as Charlie has the best support marines (Engineers and Medics) and Delta has the best PFCs.

I used to be a Bravo SL, used to love how I could say Bravo Be Best but couldn't do anything similar with other squads in a slogan like that.
Other than that...
Alpha has newbies.
Charlie has Breakfast.
Delta has UNGA.
