The most embarrassing, funny, or idiotic act when becoming SL or aSL

Just interesting to talk about.

Mine was the time I became aSL for the first time. it was in LV 624, and the SO ordered me to go to the east of the caves, but I ordered the remaining squad members to the west and got everyone killed.

I'm decently sure that as my first time as SL, I was still testing out CAS and, for some reason, targeted an unseen tile. Said unseen tile WOULD have been directly in the path of the Xeno charge, and a GAU strike on it would have been pretty useful.
What was NOT useful, however, was the fact that the unseen tile thing happened, and put my lase directly to mm southeast, and ESPECIALLY since I had told the PO to fire as soon as my lase was available.
Thankfully I was the only one who got hit, but it was pretty idiotic all the same.

Technically is was the aSL before me, but right after the SL got husked, our Spec got aSL, and told us that we need to charge through CAS fire in order to continue pushing the enemy back. He led the charge and immediately got gibbed. I was next in line, and the first words out of Overwatch's mouth was "Don't fuck up like he just did."

As for me personally, after I was made aSL, an FF nade launched me right through a window. Everyone was watching, it was super embarrassing.

Blew up in prep accidentally

First time SL, we rushed the hive as delta, fucked up the queen and her minions. Soon after, we started getting cornered south of civ recidences on Prison. I decided to set down a OB beacon, danger-fucking-close as per my style, and the SO decided to just fucking Feuer Frei on our ass, killing half of Delta, and the rest getting flanked. Woowee.

Got captured as Bravo SL on Prison, got nested at the bottom left corner of the usual civ residences hive spot, i managed to get up, lase for OB, and feed the co-ordinates upstairs, asking them to adjust them a bit northeast before punching them in, OB is launched and misses the station, i guess i should have adjusted them myself instead of relying on SO's to do it.

Managed distribute a lot of C4 while the beno's were fleeing the OB, which was nice.
