After having been mutinied against for the first time as a Commander, I had to wonder what your best mutiny experiences have been so far.

The semi-infamous "Shotgun Mutiny" as I call it. The CO decided to ban shotguns and I (as SO) let Chariley, the squad I was overwatching, into the CIC to protest, which led to a firefight when other marines were called in to put them down. The mutiny was the only thing that allowed the other three squads to actually deploy, but Charlie spent the better part of a half hour fighting the MPs and CO (who all went off their rockers) for control over most of the ship while the CIC was solidly in mutineer hands (besides myself, the other three SOs and the XO/aCO for most of the round all supported the mutiny by the end of it)

Without a doubt freeing Carson from the MP's and mutinying against the XO and MP's all for some UPP Tranny Operative who was played by none other than Shotgun Bill.

One time on Ice Colony I was assisting Charlie upfront in tcomms where some of them had been seriously wounded. While this was going down half of Bravo (the squad I was in) decided this was a great time to declare independence and we're planning on holding tcomms forever. Well our commander at the time did not seem so happy, so we heard word of an impending OB strike on our asses, well sure enough 5 minutes later we all hear the round coming in and we hightail east back towards the fob for cover. Well sure as shit the shell doesn't hit tcomms, but the exact path we were taking in our escape, blasting a bunch of my buddies 20 ft in any random direction, TBH one of the funniest moments I've experienced. What's worse was I wasn't taking part in any part of the revolt as I ran around trying to reason with my rebel squad mates and the wounded to get a pardon. I myself got splattered against a flood light and I had permanent Brain damage the rest of the round. Good times.

5 people, SL, 3 marines and me (squad engineer). We agreed on it, Ahelped, admins were ok with it, we rebelled over comms, command ordered our arrest, so i hacked through sec and killed everyone on our way to command.

pretty good.

also, everyone died besides a single PFC that won a 1x1 against the CO(Bill Carson), the PFC went paincrit after the decaping bill with a slug and died on the bridge, so the entire munity was for naught...lol.

ROGUE SQUAD!
Where we ran around proclaiming ourselves rogue and taking off our helmets while still fighting along side the marines for a while, much to everyone's confusion. At first we just went renegade disobeying lame orders from command, insulting the ever living fuck out of command, and pulling off a bad ass flank. But the whole time we kept egging command on and pretending to actually be a mutiny dispite still just fighting xenos, so command got confused and sent MPs to arrest me as the head of the "mutiny".

I think my men actually had a problem with command but it was so long ago I forget.
I kept the peace for as long as I could since the men were loyal to me and me alone after we went ROGUE. Eventually my men agreed that they needed to act on command and declared me the new captain, and thus I became Pirate Captain Chen Westinton of the Big Red Caves.

We pushed out of thr caves peacfully till we gunned down some MPs on the surface (And an innocent marine or two who got in the way) and took LZ 1 "peacefully." Went up to the ship, gunned down confused loyalists and took down command for just long enough for me to declare myself the new Pirate Captain of the Almayer. I was then gunned down by a dumbass who had fought along our side as a mutinier but then turncoated us like an asshole. Our rebellion was swiftly ended without me leading it and we all died. Xeno major.

Real fun. Staff got hella confused but since I was a mentor I could explain it. We did our ahelps correctly and it was legit. But it was really confusing because I was meta stalling the mutiny for so long on the surface by doing our flank and leading my men to fight xenos still because I didn't want us to mutiny for retarded reasons like whatever it was and ruin the round, but the men wanted it, so ROGUE squad went to war.

I was there. And I think because our XO couldn't spell we were actually ROUGE SQUAD. We all took off our helmets and disabled our suit trackers (back when this was possible) so nobody could actually track us.

But I remember that we didn't actually want to fight command. We just wanted to keep doing what we were doing and fight on the ground. Then they sent MPs after us and we figured fuck it. And when they came down they already had their lethals out. I can't remember who shot first, but they fighting broke out pretty much instantly.

The infamous Shotgun ban Mutiny, not because it was the best but because of how stupid it was and its something i dont think will be forgotten.

The best mutinies are the ones that end up getting the results that were set when the mutiny was first initiated.

"It was a fantastic round. If the CO hadn't cryo'ed before the end I'd have bothered him to give at least two more medals. To PFC Max Dallas, who kept doing the path between the frontlines to FOB (the only place with medical aid) with a roller bed, and saved a lot of marines who'd have husked otherwise. And to Dr. Haley Altman, who after all medics were gone was fixing us time and again for hours straight. At the end there were over 10 patients around her either dead or in crit, and she just kept going."

In fairness the Shotgun ban mutiny technically succeeded before the MPs could do anything. It's just the CO and MPs weren't willing to accept that and dragged it out forever. After the fight in the CIC the CO threatened to BE all the SOs and the XO was already not too thrilled with him, so the moment he left the CIC basically was under 100% mutineer control.

The only mutiny I've ever been in started because I made a joke. Marines got absolutely demolished planetside and we blamed it on the CO's shitty orders. If it really *was* the CO's fault, I dunno. Me and the remains of Alpha got back to the ship after a full evac and I joked to our SO "hey, we should mutiny and put you and Alpha squad in charge!" The madman actually said "hey, that's a good idea" and called all of Alpha to the memorial. We hung up information tags from our dead and listened to the dude give a speech. Then we waltzed over to CiC, some SO let us in, and we had a scuffle with MP, Command staff, and loyalists until aliens crashed the Alamo back into our ship and we had a kind of truce. That is until my 100iq ass saw an MP trying to beat our mutiny leader with a stunbaton and I PBed him! We both died and I don't remember much after that except everyone fucking died.

The one were I stole the CO's mateba and strong-armed the rest of the mutineers into listening to me for the better part of 10 minutes before the xeno's landed and killed us all.

When I was on the commanders side as alpha spec and the muhrines were doing the usual on ice "HURRR DURRR UNDERGROUND DIDN'T WORK SO WE MUTINY!" I informed the CO and then the ninja MP squad came and flashed everyone. Sadly in the confusion just because I was alpha i was also flashed and stun baton'd

I was the Charlie SO in the great pumpening. The mutineerig squad seized the bridge and so I boldly led Charlie in to take it back. After being fired upon by the mutineers my squad returned fire and we retook the bridge.

And then the CO started executing the staff officers and the MPs were throwing grenades into brig cells filled with marines. So it all devolved from there.

If you're talking about the Shotgun ban mutiny, I was the Charlie SO and let them in to protest. As far as I know, the CO didn't execute any SOs or the XO, but everything else is about accurate.

I was Commander when 2 squad leaders mutinied because they didn't like LZ2 Ice orders, so they ignored them. In the end, Command absolutely destroyed the mutiny, and there was a lot if salt. Lots and lots of salt.

4 Mps, 3 staff officers, an XO, and Commander fought off 3 squads.

I was the RO one round who started a passive religious cult dedicated to the Cardlord, and wore cardboard and spoke piously.

The CO didn't like it and threatened to BE us if we didn't stop, so we stopped. We then formed a mutiny w/ a bunch of marines and held a protest where req simply stopped working.

The CO then sent a tank, 2 squads, a pilot, a SO, and 2 MTs to kill us.

We didn't fire first, but we got gunned down mercilessly.

It was not exactly a mutiny in which I participated, but the one I witnessed that struck me most was when there was a transsexual spy from the UPP aboard the Almayer that incriminated Carson of being a harasser. In the beginning, as a SO, we(CIC) trusted him, but for RP's sake, we decided to detain him until we arrived at a station so that an investigation could have been properly conducted(end of the round).

Little did we know that Carson's reputation would create a divide between XO supporters, who sought to apprehend Carson until an investigation was completed, and supporters of Carson seeking to remove him from the brig. In the end, both were interrupted by a xenomorph invasion, which quickly exterminated both sides.

I can't remember what the mutiny actually was about, but back in 2017 Carson was CO, I think I was either in alpha or bravo that day, most of the marines part of the mutiny were all dead. I walked into CIC, confronted CO Carson and a SO, both had tactical shotguns, I had a MK2 rifle, turned the burst-fire on, aimed for the mouth, and decapped both of them before permakill prevention rules were in place.

edit: I forgot how I exactly got in CIC, I think I told Carson I would protect him, but I'm not sure how I even got in there. Shitty memory as always

Just happened today, a few rounds ago.

Prison Station.
Assigned in Alpha as a Specialist, picked the Scout set, having a great time, then we head for Briefing, Alpha was assigned to scout all the way to the West, Bravo on FOB, Charlie to assist us Alphas, and I forgot Delta's duty. Then all of us were sent down to LZ1 on the Alamo, and mid-OP, Overwatch came in, messaged us saying, 'Build the FOB', then immediately signed off. So we all head to LZ1, and we were surprised that all of the squads were there. Last thing I heard was the USS Almayer's Orbital Cannons firing and having the LZ1 FOB blown up.

Luckily, we only had 7 injured and 2 gibbed Charlies from the Orbital Bombardment. The Alamo Pilot Officer went down and informed us that the XO used the Orbital Cannons to OB the hell outta LZ1, so we ahelped before we formed a Mutiny, which was automatically agreed on, the Pilot Officer was made Mutiny Leader, then we all headed up to the USS Almayer to confront the XO.

The XO just saw us with guns in-hand, so the feller just ran away all the way to the Officers' Quarters. I followed up on the few Marines chasing the XO, and when I arrived, the first thing I saw was the XO's head, rolling on the floor.

After that, the CMP ordered everyone who was involved in the Mutiny to be arrested and brigged. Then the Benos called down the Alamo and called it back up, crashing into the USS Almayer. The CMP decided to let every one of us (actually, just me, some Delta Unga, and the Alpha Squad Lead) free and grab our equipment before running for the South Escape Pods. I grabbed one and had a Doctor and a Charlie Specialist board it before I manually-ejected the Pod from the USS Almayer.

best mutiny was when I BE'd a Charlie Marine near roundstart in Briefing for constantly breaking orders and acting like a spastic retard

suddenly as CO i was a monster murder monger, and every squad tried to kill me, and it spiraled into a hour long mutiny that ended in a MP shootout in brig where 20 + marines and most of the MP's and myself as CO died

i think there was a thread about it too by Jay Burns

i never regret doing it, either, despite being told off by Feweh and Apop; the marine was a LRP meme who constantly tried to start roundstart shit to get either brigged or start a mutiny, so i BE'd him once and for all for his shittery. and the mutiny was fun to fight in.
