Reverse Engineer the tank code

Up the movement speed, limit the weapons. and swap the sprite and hitbox.

I feel like anything smaller than an APC would be a waste of time for marines, so I would recommend that instead.

Would be less OP than a full-blown tank in any case.

Combat Loader, guys. It's not hard, "basic" SS13 has mechsuits with guns, just resprite normal loader for dark-green colour and BOOM!

Or APC as stated above, becouse Combat Loader would be less about support (more than tank, anyway) and more about shooting.

Why not both?
Have enough equipment to only get one of them working at roundstart, and then a timer that unlocks the other sometime mid-round. Gives MTs something to do, doesn't crush all hopes if the APC is lost early on, and gives the marines that lacking mid-game push power.
And in the unlikely case there is only one tanker, you wouldn't have to deal with driving the APC alone.

APC should be easy enough to be operatable for PFC's if command, or driver take off ID lock. Of course PFC would handle it much worse, but desperate runs to FOB from the hive by marine that fumbles with controls and roams every tree, wall and xeno on the way is what gives me shivers to think about.

Have a round where it pits Marines vs. Nonviolent protesters to see how long marines can go without doing something irredeemably stupid.
Usually playing as Darwin 'D.J.' Jefferson, PFC (Private: Flare Carrier), or Smartgunner almost always out of ammo. Occasionally an RO who yearns for death, dealing with rampant jackassery of his coworkers.
Against my better judgement I decided to start making Youtube videos involving Colonial Marines. Channel

A lowpop focused event that aims to emulate more the original Alien film rather than Aliens, have it set on Almayer/Prison but instead of USCM all the players have various civilian jobs. The only xenos are a handful of ancient drones or maybe lurkers, the survivors need to evacuate from the place but to do so they need to gather various bips and bops from across the map inorder to lift the lockdown. The survivors have a timelimit until the SD goes off so they can't just spend the whole round turtled up somewhere, the xenos on the other hand need to stalk and pick off the survivors whenever they can. Weapons would be fairly limited and the few proper guns that are available would have very limited ammunition with other weapons only being accessible with key cards that could be randomly found on dead bodies across the place.

The atmos system was brought back, and every time an alien died on the Almayer, its acid would eat through the hull and depressurize the room, and everyone would have to be fighting aliens in the vacuum of space while wearing space suits.

A few robust drones can easily mess up so many survivors anyways. A lurker may be overkill.

An Ability that the commander can activate/Toggle that stops the Marines from being able to speak, so he can give orders without interruption.

Activating this ability should have dialogue, maybe something like ATTENTION! when activated; and AT EASE! when deactivated.

Yea probably would keep it a drone, a lurker would be too fast anyway and could just zip past everything. Plus in the original film it was only a young drone that killed everyone

had this on last Halloween. 100% of the time it just became like the purge.

Command duked it out in CIC, CTs got killed for their ID's, Bravo and Alpha teamed up, Delta and Charlie continued their feud, Medical was neutral and make some serious knock out drugs and would cut off your limbs if you fucked with em, the MPs became shitcurity/got mobbed.

Rebuttal, make crushers and defenders far more beefy and guaranteed deflection from the front. Make Runner and Lurker pounce cool down near instant. Make acid spit and acid splatter do constant burn damage until your armor (or clothing if you don't have armor) is removed. And greatly buff up how many T2's and T3s can exist at once.

Tbh i'd really like it if xenos could occupy the same tile as long as one is smaller than another by a considerable amount. Rid of that bodyblocking mostly than anything. Bodyblocking is like FF for marines

Alright I have a huge idea.

Introducing Capture The Marine! A new brand game designed by Deltards and Co!

After you geared yourself up and instead of wasting time SSD or napping at briefing. (Or directly SSD in Alamo for the true unga) :
- Establish two squad-opposed team of three marines in extended bunks.
- Look at station time.
- Starts attempting to lock the enemy team in lockers using help/disarms/grabs only.
- Whoever has the most locked members 5 minutes later looses. Or. If a team has their 3 members locked at the same time.
- Rinse and repeat, challenge the winning team of the opposite bunk.
- Win.

New spec idea, the cowboy spec. He has a lasso that he can use to rope a crusher then hop on it and ride it around smashing other xenos.
