Agreed with the ppst above.
One shrapnel can break a bone or cause IB even out of full HP while a xeno will loose 10% HP. At this point what's the use? Since we can't do hefa bombs anymore.

Not everything has to be good against xenos. Maybe HEFA should be reserved for HvH.
