STOP GOING AFK/SSD

I can't believe this needs to be said.

But stop going SSD/AFK while you're out in the middle of the colony.
In the last 2 weeks we've had 4 predator players simply go AFK and been looted by marines.

If you have to leave for an emergency AHELP it.
If you have to go AFK for a emergency AHELP it.

All of this is very pointless because you have a TELEPORTER BEACON that'll move you back to the ship in 10 seconds.


Predator positions are almost as valuable as Commander/Queen, we expect far better from players.

No more excuses, you'll be held accountable for future problems regarding this.
Staff who AGHOST to deal with something is acceptable to a degree, still try to go back to the ship.


Another thing while we're at it.
Stop taking Predator slots if you know you can only play for 10-30mins of a round. Far too often I see SSD predators on the ship 15 minutes into a round, for the sake of other players... DISABLE Predator for that round as you then block another potential Predator player from joining in.

My only instance was Casany always somehow finding me and taking my stuff. I think I explained the only two times that has happened in detail to the staff. I don't make a habit of doing such a thing.

I've always made sure I head back to the ship before going SSD... I've yet to see anyone go SSD on the colony. I've also only had to go SSD once in the first 10, 20 minutes, hopefully I won't ever have to again. I don't like denying game experience to anyone.

I'm going to bump this, because tonight 2/3 predators had absolutely no attack logs in the VV panel. None.

Don't join as predator if you're not going to play.

It is possible for some people who go SSD, that it's byond or their internet being shitty. It happens to the best of us, but dualy noted either way.

If it's truly the internet, they should lay off taking the role and join late-game, not at roundstart. I've seen preds IMMEDIATELY go SSD on the start saying "Oh, something came up." but for like 3-4 rounds in a row where I was there.

Ah, I misunderstood. I thought it was being seperate rounds at a time, not consecutive rounds. That clears it up.
