[Suggestion] Yautja language

Basically, it's a suggestion for the Yautja Language:
Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Toggle languages for yautjas buying the translator.
Buying the translator is used as a passive increment rather than a tool that will work on mobs using a verb.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
This will allow for the translator to work outside of close-up distance, allowing for predators to interact with marines on standard comms and freak them out.
This would grant incredible amounts of RP and future inovations in the ways that yautjas could have more or less languages in their balance for said item (Translator).
This would, as stated, bring more RP opportunity.
This would be a rather good QoL improvement.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
This is a summary of how this would work, it's intended as a demonstration with some examples and I hope you understand the mechanics:
Without the translator, the Yautja speach is the only language known to Yautjas. Yautja speach is forced as a default language for them (Not like IBs) and the prefix is added to all their sentences unless they use another speach-type (:h ... :b ... etc)
With level 1, the translator add 2 set of known language to yautjas. Hellhound speach and human speach. They can speak it using SOL common prefix and such, and doing so will override their normal default language prefix. They gain access to understanding xenos and non-common human speakers, but not speaking to them.
With level 2, they can speak russian and less common human speach. They can also (POSSIBLY, was removed for a reason) talk to xenos. The Lvl2 allows for special languages to be known and such (Perhaps binary for when Synths are there too).

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
I'll leave the rest to the devs, I gave a basic of how I think it should work.

EDIT: By the way, you're free to move it to suggestions, but I heard we shun the idea of promoting pred changes for various meta-knowledge and powergamer-intervention reasons, so idk.

Wouldn't mind seeing that. As it stands most people fail to understand the translator regardless of what level you buy it at (though my typical response is git gud).

At the moment I tend to just /me fractured sentences based on what I've seen marines say that round. Being able to /say it instead couldn't hurt.

I'd also totally be in favour of giving the biomask 'voice changer' properties. So we can 100% mimic peoples voices :^)

Could always use a voice changer later-on to simply mimick speach.

I still believe this would be easy-ish to implement even so as a rework, and could be used as a mean for synths to be able to translate more in a sence ;)

Anyway, that's an old suggestion I dropped here after being told it'd be a nice idea to avoid suggesting in 'Suggestions', if it must be moved to SUGGESTION even thou it's a yautja mechanic, go on.
