Don't try to fight aliens or if you do run away if you see a ravager. I got slashed once by a ravager and it took my bracer arm off. Completely screwed after that..shortly after they tackle spammed me until they could infect me. Got tacklespammed some more for 10 minutes but I died to the cold because ice map. Heh.

I'm guessing due to how ravagers work now, hunting them is incredibly dangerous due to the chance of them instantly ripping an arm off.
Guess we'll have to play a lot smarter when hunting xenos then.
