What do you do as a synth during highpop?

I've played a few lowpop rounds as a synth and it was great - I get to help everyone and be very productive. I had problems though playing a highpop synth. With 3 POs, 2 CTs, 2 MTs and 4 Doctors it feels like there aren't many areas I can apply myself to without taking away other people's fun. So what do you do during highpop? Just go help build the FOB, or find something else to have fun with?

Roleplay, ask command for stuff to do, get deployed, help marines, eventually end up in medbay because they need help. Also make your presence known because that's how you get people to order you.

Mostly with high quality roleplay telling marines who ask you to DAB to fuck off.

I mostly go to command for things to do. If they just ignore me I go around to other departments seeing if they need help. If not I just do minimal task's like cleaning and repairing lights talking to whoever wishes to chat.

Go and bring me a safety report of all departments

Make your presence known first of all so you don't get ignored by command. Talk, RP, do stuff. Nothing's preventing you from asking command if you can do X.

Personally I like going planetside and building FOBs or doing field surgery - especially in the LV meddome. Shit's fun.
