Just to jot down the basic features I want to include in the New Bay:

1. 1-2 engineers on Sulaco assigned at start (without going to LO office)
2. 1-2 Medics on Sulaco assigned at start (without going to LO office)
3. Expanded research (specifically, autopsies/such to give points for unlocking stuff)
4. Re-done LO interface to make it easier to assign people (including, tracking what compliments are in suqads)

Feel free to contribute things you think might be interesting or useful, I'll add them to the list.

Nah, only do #2 for current source. We don't have an engine for them to setup yet.

Oh also, I'm going to make a new instance of batteries for the new map eventually.

It will be a 5k charge, that starts drained. As a result, the SMES on the new map, will start fully charged, but NOT pumping energy. This, will hopefully force the marines to goto engineering, but won't force them to set up the engine on the ground map if they don't want too, and at the same time, give the "effect" of turning on generators
