Xenos able to slash while stunned/knocked down
I remember this being a bug quite a few months ago, but only recently re-experienced it. After shooting down a xeno with a shotgun, he was still able to slash me, to the point where I died while it was knocked down from my shot. I don't know if they're still able to attack while knocked down from a bad charge, or headbutting a wall, but I can confirm they can still interact when stunned via shotguns.

Not a bug, man. Admins have specifically stated this
