Fix Catalouge so it doesn't list that the forward Grip goes on a Pistol

Bug Description: Please fix the Weapon Mod catalogue, because it seems that its inaccurate. Its also considering that if someone wants to try out a new weapon with different mods they'll look at the catalogue and order stuff that doesn't go together

Steps to reproduce:
1. Question if forward grip goes on pistol
2. Look at mod catalogue
3. Ask RO for forward Grip
4. Realize that it doesn't on the pistol

Mod catalogue is no longer on the map.
