Do you understand that any player - even donors or staff members - can have their whitelist status revoked should they break our Server Rules or Roleplay Guidelines?
Yup
Why should you be whitelisted?
Well, before I became staff, I pretty much exclusively played CO or BO. I like to think I was pretty damned good at it. Now that I am staff, I usually just observe rounds, but on the occasion I do play, it's usually as CO or XO. There was even one round where the entire MP team mutinied to put me up as CO instead of the XO because the CO had me arrested for refusing to split a squad in half. Basically, I love being CO. I find it to be an extremely difficult game of chess. You can't see the pieces, but you have to move them all anyway, and it's one of my favorite things to do. Furthermore, as a staff member, we occasionally become admirals anyway which is higher than CO, Admiral Baldwin for life, so I don't see a reason why most staff members shouldn't be CO whitelisted. Especially because we hold ourselves and each other to an extremely high standard.
Anyway, I hope you guys give me dat yes vote, and I hope to see you all on the bridge. Thanks for reading.

On the plus side, he'll never improperly escalate against the marines as the CO.

You authorise an execution, and follow all the appropriate steps. However, before you can attend to the execution, a military police officer kills the individual. What do you do?

This seems incredibly like a very spiteful comment. This is what you got your CDR ban for.Youbar wrote:You authorise an execution, and follow all the appropriate steps. However, before you can attend to the execution, a military police officer kills the individual. What do you do?
Reached "Leet" post status on 3/14/17.

No, it's not. It's a legitimate question. I don't think it's possible to be job banned for the actions of another person.Snypehunter007 wrote:This seems incredibly like a very spiteful comment. This is what you got your CDR ban for.

Re: Slc97 Commander Whitelist
I would as a staff member talk to the MP who did it and discuss with them why they improperly executed someone. Something I failed to do with your jobban because I was still newer at the time. As a CO, I would announce the MP as a murderer for failing to follow procedure and have him arrested.
I see you hold some spite over your jobban. You were not jobbanned for not attending the execution. You were jobbanned for improperly announcing it after it was already preformed. It being already preformed was not your fault, but the improper announcement was. That coupled with you ordering a metarush by having marines set up an FOB in the caves at roundstart all in the same round is why you were jobbanned from CO.
