Yes i very much do understand and i like it this way.

Why should you be whitelisted?
- I Understand that Crappy COs are not fun to have and you just lose all command.
- Losing Command can lead to transportation problems or even Mutiny which leads to losing rounds.
- I want to be a CO because i want to be able to calm the situation and control it when it needs.
- Being CO means to be a leader and make sure things happen for your marines.
- I would carry on and keep a morale with my marines and hope for them to come back alive.
- I Understand that commanders are to Enforce control into their marines and keep them happy.

I plan to keep my men fighting. No small force will rid of my men. And if they go down they have failed as real marines. If it is even THE SLIGHTLEST of one attacking? I wont back down for there is no need.

A brave heart is needed, not just as a marine, but as a CO, because a CO that loses faith is a CO that'll spread panic to all the men under him and cost them the battle.

Losing marines sucks, but having their deaths be in vain is far worse.

It was a few months ago now but I had a few negative experiences with you Nyxia, especially when you were under my command and even as a peer seeing you make decisions against the will of those above you. Based on that it's just a no from now.

From talking with Night and playing with them, I feel Nyxia 'Pinko' Cals perhaps wouldn't be the best CO, but they wouldn't be the worst, knowing their character in-game also makes me wonder how their going to incorporate their love of melee weaponry into the job. I'm genuinely intrigued by the idea of an interesting character leading our marines, I know some people have had bad run ins with Cals, but to be completely honest, in-game Cals is a bit of a prick, that's just her character.

FOB at nexus? You mean hellhole right? Nexus is a horrible place to hold because you can be gankes from so many different places and it's harder to hold the big Lz as well.

Your wording is a bit... Confusing but if there are xenos boarding I would gather any and all of those willing to fight off the small horse on the ship and I would join them in more fire power. If the majority are on the ground I can easily grab a few marines or a squad on the pod and get here to help the. Restock bring supplies to their fellow comrades. Since the pod is faster than the rasp

Only reason I voted no is I think you're a bit too memey IC and you don't seem to listen to anyone else, and I don't really like you as a commander as the only time I did you weren't the best. Perhaps you should watch how others play CO and work off of that.

I do perhaps do a bit too much ICly and it was my first time CO. Got a bit nervous and all. After than i've been looking at other commanders and think i can improve in where i was wrong.

Nightwolf901, in my opinion, is immature, memey, and suffers from slightly less than average communication skills. I cannot support him as a commander myself, as these are detrimental to the position, but I wish him luck in his application. I do know that his eagerness to take on leadership positions, however, will likely result in rapid improvement. In the unlikely scenario he doesn't get accepted, I suggest he reapplies as soon as he can, integrating the constructive criticism of other commentators into how he acts.

Nightwolf901 is, to put it bluntly, one of the worst possible people you could have in a commander position. He's immature, he's memey, he frequently goes out of his way to attack other players in the most petty manner, and he can hardly communicate as a standard, nevermind somebody of actual importance to the round. You'd be doing the server a favour by keeping him out of the whitelist.

Your Grudge is very strong. You are saying this because of a few incidents and saying i would do the same as a Commander? I may be having fun at times but i dont want to be the straight marine being the only one to really follow orders cause you know how rounds go with SLs it goes from one command, two command FALL APART. I don't go out of my way to attack people, people go out of their way to attack me for nothing, and You wouldn't be better in Commander either from what i've seen you do. Your hatred on small actions is a bit grudging. I honestly wouldn't want you in command either, but i dont want to seem very rude unlike you. As like Feweh said in your App your replies and answers are very rude and not showing that you would be a great Command. I apologise. The harshness of my tone was largely driven by my grudge against you. I'm going to continue to hold to my beliefs, but I agree that what I said was a bit excessive in terms of rudeness. I'll be editing the comment above to make it more civil.

That aside, I value an exceptionally competent commander as much as the next person, and I'd rather speed the process up along for you, than slow you down. Here's a few bits of advice:

• Your marines will follow you out of respect. When you go out of your way to have fun at their expense, even as a standard, they'll remember it in the future, and may simply disobey your orders out of spite. You need to act like a commander and a role model for others, even if you're simply a private first class.
• Communication skills are vital. You need to say as much as possible, in as little words as possible. Anything you say has to be short and snappy, so that even the laziest of the marines understand what their role in the operation is. You, as an individual, do not have the greatest grammatical skills. They're not terrible, but high quality English builds respect, demonstrates much need authority in the position, and lastly, aids in getting the message across, which is one of the most important parts of any battle.
• Come to the conclusion on how you wish to operate as a commander. Do you want to act serious, and fulfill the role adequately, or lean off a bit on the wild side, creating chaotic, yet unique, rounds? Neither options are inherently bad, but your path has to be set on one option, because people will come to remember your OOC and IC name. Do not expect to be a Bill Carson (I personally love the scenarios he creates), and then abruptly switch over to a Xurphorous Dergens. It will create situations where you'll be expected to be treated seriously, and will not, or where you don't expect to be treated seriously, and will, thereby damaging your relations with other players.
