Player name you use the most: Alan Bentway
Make a list of links to all of your applications and (job)ban appeals, including whitelist and staff apps, within the last year. Also, provide "Ban reason; Verdict" beside each (job)ban link:
Do you understand that any player - even donors or staff members - can have their whitelist status revoked should they break our Server Rules or Roleplay Guidelines? Yes I understand.
Why should you be whitelisted? I oft join a game as a XO to assume command of the Marines when there is a lack of Command personal. I believe I am competent enough to lead the Marine side in a efficient and proactive way, as such I would like access to be able to play as the Commander to have a more guaranteed access to the role, and less chance of my command being taken when a Commander joins late into the game.
I am competent, and I think I have been able to showcase my command ability sufficient times in game. I fully understand the majority of in game Marine roles and I fully understand the necessity of communication between all departments.

So, you wanna be a CO huh?
Ok then, How would you spend your first 15 or so minutes before your announced briefing?
It is a simple question, yet can tell a lot of a person's leadership style.

Depends on the circumstances.
I usually set the briefing time to around 12:16 to 12:18, I'll announce that over the communications.
Then I'll see how many command staff I have on the mission, in addition I'll check the crew monitoring console to see who the Squad Leaders are, then I'll write their names and squad down for later use. I'll try and take note of which squads are communicating more than others, squads and Squad Leaders that communicate a lot are very good resources.
Finally I'll start working on my briefing, usually its just to get the general theme of the briefing.

Oooh, a CO who isn't afraid to pick up a digital pen, I like, I like...
I can trust you in this position then, you show that you have maturity and seriousness in the role.

Haven't really seen you at all in the last week and I've been on a LOT.
Pick up your activity, show me what you got or I'll have to go with a -1 buddy.

Likely because I tend to play on Australian time, which is the opposite of US/EU time and is more quieter. I also tend to be XO when there is no CO or XO on.
