Yes.
Why should you be whitelisted?
I wish to be whitelisted because I want to expand upon a unused part of being a Commander; the roleplay of it. I understand a lot of players want a CO who will lead them to victory, the sought for Marine Major; but not many stop to talk to the CL, or help authorize a construction project for MT's. Maybe the Researcher found out a way to weaponize pepperspray and wants to talk to the CO? The CO has a lot of power on the ship, and that includes spicing up the roleplay ON the ship instead of just focusing on all the xeno scum being eradicated by the marines on the planet.
Im pretty sure this is a unpopular opinion, and I have seen it in action when I play CMP, CL, and XO and people get very aggressive about roleplay. Recent examples of interesting roleplay scenarios that aren't being fully made use of and even aggressively shunned by Marines to the point of violence is RO's doing paperwork, CL attempting to get Command to sign dubious contracts, and CMP's / MP's enforcing proper military conduct laws such as holstering your weapon. I would like to bring more of these opportunities to light using the power of the CO role to spice up what goes on both on the ship and on the planet.
If you have any questions, concerns, etc. please ask. My first whitelist application after all. Might take a while since I work during the week for me to respond.
