Mark 'Echo' Kesserline / JeanManche CO's application

Whenever I get my headset on after surviving the cryo/mess madness and see Kesserline’s big text in comms, I smile; I know I got lucky to be in the squad either lead by or overwatched by Mark.

He’s a fine roleplayer, a good man for command, and a general pleasure to be around.

In the few two weeks i've been pretty active on the server, i have noticed and actually recognize the name "Echo" as someone who's actually competent in a leader role, and your responses to command over SL comms are detailed and more RP'ey if you can call it that. So unlike some other SLs who i've experienced just focus on winning and call anyone they disagree with a dumb cunt, you're pretty enjoyable to listen to.

I do hope that if you do happen to get whitelisted, that you will remember to interact with the "little" people as much as the well known regular names. You have my +1, however much that even counts in these apps where there is no total.

+1, if I could +1000 I would. Fantastic player, very strong leadership qualities, smart guy, very active on the forums and he's helped me a ton in many different ways. Good RP'er as well, very fun to play with. I hope he doesn't get denied for that ID stuff, having robust players like him at SL/RO and hopefully CO is a huge part of why some matches are great fun as a marine and others are AIDS.

Echo gets my +1 He's a good roleplayer, also his banter makes me smile.

He is one of few players that just cares about having fun and making sure those around him have fun as opposed to winning.

I have had good experiences with Echo in Command roles, be it RO, SL or SO. I like Mark's character and his unique leading style as SL, very competent leader.

I believe that JeanManche would be a great commander. Good luck with your application.

I spent a lot of time serving with you, and every experience i got with you was a good one. (Even when you acted like a bratty know-it-all, somehow). You've got the charisma, you put a smile on my face ( a rare feat these days), you've got the brain cells, and most important you have the sheer titanium balls to do what it takes regardless of what people say.

You're also the one who pro-tipped me into being a slightly better CO. I'm looking forward to seeing you in command, so i can learn from you some more.

Just don't break anymore rules. Like, at all.

PS: Ever thought of being a mentor? You'd be really good at it! Better than me.

There have been no more problems since the ID rule break, so I'm approving this. However, make sure you are aware of the rules, Marine law, and the RP guidelines in the future.
