Julio Borras - CO Application.

I've seen Borras as XO numerous times and the spanish has never caused disruption on the Marine side. We've won some and lost some rounds, but every time has been a relatively good experience command - wise. The player behind Borras is also pretty polite and seems to understand that not everything has to be done with an iron fist.

The application itself is quite well formatted and not an eyesore to look at, everything looks good. I can't comment on you as a player however, judging by others vouching for you, I'd like to give you the benefit of doubt. Now, my fellow staff may disagree with me however, I'd like to give you a shot at playing a commander.
