So, I have seen you XO'ing a lot lately but I had not seen your performance directly. Until this last Prison round we played, with me as your SO and Heinz as your CO.
Not sure if it was you or him who set up the basic plan, but that is not really that important, though it was a good one. You were listening to every squad comms and chipping in when necessary, never out of place. You had to deal with Alpha pushing too deep on their own and getting wiped, and Bravo then trying to play heroes and meeting the same fate. You anticipated some suggestions I gave, and your overwatching of the situation allowed Heinz to play the RP commander detached from the operation. At one point you had to go SSD for a bit, but by then we were pretty organized and Charlie and Delta were autonomous enough that we could pull it. There were few serious tactical moves, but it was all rather smooth. Prison, after all. And you knew how to pause and RP in several moments, which shows you can play in different roles.
One thing did not escape my notice, though. You play well, but you don't play only to win. The round was ending and there were a lot of wounded. Charlie, which I was overwatching, was disorganized at that point. I ordered them to rally where the wounded were and drag them all to FOB, herding them. It served a double-purpose: it worked to set a specific task and rally point clear enough for them to reform into a cohesive unit, and it played more realistically than the usual "round is ending, nothing matters but finishing the enemy off". I've seen commanders overrule that kind of thing because they just want the round to end in victory. You didn't, and stood faithful to the "softer" personality Dolth seems to have seen an issue with. I respect that.
To me it's a clear +1. I hope you play the CO role with the same seriousness that you play XO.
