Do you understand how the Battlefield Execution functions?

Yes. Battle Executions are only to be used when a personel is a threat to others or the operation planetside. You can Battle Execute someone if there is a very good reason so.

Example:
* The Commander was inside the Alamo and Pilot won't allow to launch and trying to argue while the Commander gave him the order to launch for evacuation already, that's the time he will Battle Execute the Pilot for not listening his order directly because there is a possibility the enemies(xenos) can overrun them anytime.

* While Commander is doing a briefing (lowpop) and a Bravo specialist is shooting the Private first class Marine without any reason, while no MP on that round he can BE it immediately because the specialist is a threat to others or operation.

Commander or the Command staffs are not above the law. The Commander can report a crime and the Military Police will handle it. If the Commander is doing act against the law, the Military Police can arrest him.

What do you think is the job of a Commander?


The Commander is to lead his Marines through operations to mission accomplishment. The Commander should be a competent when it comes to lead his Marines in battle or operation because as I/you observe in reality the Marines trust the high rank officer much more. So in game base on my observation when a commander logged in late, the Marines are so happy because they have a Commander that can lead them well and to lead them to VICTORY. Examples of mine.

1. Commander should be competentitive.
2. Commander should work and work in making a strategy.
3. Commander should motivate his Marines more. Without motivation, morale is low.
4. Commander must appreciate everyone.
5. Commander must show love and care for his personel/crews. (in character)
6. Commander must respect even it is a higher rank or a lower rank.
7. If the operation is falling, the Commander must give more annoucement that can increase the Morale of Marines for the operation.
8. If the operation is falling, the Commander must keep making a plan or strategy.
9. If the operation is falling, the Commander must think positive to his Marines and trust them.
10. Commander should never forget to ask a recommendation for his staff officers or the executive officers.

Commander went planetside role:

Well as you see, if the mission is falling the Commander will deploy and assist more Marines to achieve victory and guess what? When the Commander is in planetside more Marines are shouting "VICTORY, THE COMMANDER WILL LEAD US, THANK GOD COMMANDER IS HERE." The Morale of Marines is too high for that so expected the Commander will regroup the Marines and they will charge until to their last breath to achieve victory. The role of the Commander is not easy, once you fail the strategy that you gave, Marines and shipside crews will blame you or the Command staff for being incompentent. The Marines really trust the Commander for everything.

If a member of your staff is disobeying orders, how would you handle it?

I the Commander announce the squad objectives in annoucement and one of my staff officer is making a orders by himself and lead to the death of more marines, I would immediately let him arrest for not following my simple orders and let the Military Police handle it. In CIC no matter how hard the situation is we should work as a team and be more competitive to do overwatch the consoles and give more information.

Why should you be whitelisted?

First of all, I Cheng Chan would like to become a Commander because he is a capable enough to lead and give a good strategy to his Marines to achieve a victory, I am competitive every roles I played, especially in Command Roles, I don't give a joke when I went XO, like giving the marines a good brief like a motivation, prayer before going planetside and show my care and love for them. Many players told me also that "why not become a Commander since you can create a good strategy when it comes to flank?" Well, maybe this is the time.

In Character Executive Officer Cheng Chan.

Chan may be strict XO because he just wanted to lead his Marines to victory, Chan was called Monk because he loves to pray and pray for Buddha but it doesn't matter whoever is your God or my God. Chan believes if the Marines will pray with him while doing a briefing at 12:25 there is a possibility the mission will be sucessful. Chan won't give any annoucement without a motivation, because motivation can give Marines more courage to fight, strength, and to become more brave enough to fight without retreating. Chan is a chinese but not a japanese but he is proud to say to do "Banzai Charge" without retreating because he knows that if there is no SACRIFICE, there is no VICTORY.

The app looks nice; it's easy to read, and I like the formatting. I disagree a bit with the BE part; you should avoid BE'ing important personnel, especially at roundstart, for shenanigans which could be handled by the MP's.

You've definitely tried to change for the better as a player even if you have a few slip-ups every now and then and on top of it you've been a very active player and have been playing a good lot of command roles. To top it off the application itself is pretty good.

You very nearly incited a roundstart mutiny earlier this week with a tired old 'charging for attachments' order as XO. Couple that with some of the uses I see you putting LOOC towards and it's a hard -1 unless you can give me anything that'll show a sincere commitment towards improving.

That's my mistake, but as a player I didn't make any fun on that round maybe I just wanna try something new but it went wrong or gone wrong so apologize for that but I can promise that I won't do it anymore. No one really has a beef with him except when he tries to do dumb munities or the round he dun goofed with the attachment scandal but I think he learned his lessons from that one.
