  What do you think is the job of a Commander?: I believe the job of a Commander is to guide the operations they are embarked on, organizing, rallying and ultimately completing the mission with as few casualties as possible. We must be competent to be able to lead the entire ship, its operations and personnel and deal with situations as they arise so being able to think on your feet is a must. In addition, Commanders should be able to lead by example and bring an element of unique roleplay to marines that all enjoy and I believe its something I relish in doing.
  
  If a member of your staff is disobeying orders, how would you handle it?: Well first of all, my first thought process would be why are they disobeying my orders, is there something unethical with the order and would I complete the order myself. The second part would be to try find a common ground and assuming that can be reached, try to see if the order can be improved to better the operation. I believe being open to suggestions is something a Commander must be able to listen to, its not always a Dictatorship. If the member of staff is still somehow refusing to comply with a legitimate order for no sound reason then I'd have no choice but to call for MP's to remove the staff member and place them in confinement for breaching an order given by a Commanding Officer.
  
  Why should you be whitelisted?: I've played on Colonial Marines since 2015 and during my time here, before whitelisting I regularly played the Commander role up until whitelist was released. I mainly played Xeno from that point on wards until recently where I have started to develop my roleplaying style with my marine experiences and I believe I have the knowledge and capacity to succeed as a good Commander and also bring some unique roleplay experiences to Marines. Not only for this reason should I be accepted but also for my knowledge of what is expected of a Commander, how someone can be a good Commander and also a bad commander, I don't plan on being a dictator but I do want to make things interesting for others so they enjoy my time with them during a round.
