Make a list of links to all of your applications and (job)ban appeals, including whitelist and staff apps, within the last year. Also, provide "Ban reason; Verdict" beside each (job)ban link:

Why should you be whitelisted?
I have a good comprehension of the Marine Law, and have always had a pretty good ability to instill command properly, without the need to resort to extremes.
I've been a rather long-time player of CM, and while maybe not entirely spotless, I still believe myself to be knowledgeable on all fronts of the roles, including Commander.
I really don't know what else to put here. Some people might know me from in-game.
