Why should you be whitelisted?
I played CO avidly prior to it becoming white list only. I always do my best to manage everything, and do high roleplay. I want to continue playing CO.

A lazy app is not a good first impression, even if your claims of "I played CO a lot before" were true.

You need to prove to people that you are serious about the position, and writing a single line of text isn't gonna cut it.

Seen you in various roles, not often command ones. When I have seen you command you were quite indecisive and didn't seem up to the task.

I believe there's no way to creates a new one... if this get denied(which it will) then your going to have to wait 3 month to reapply as a Commanding Officer of the USS Sulaco(Commander).
