Why should you be whitelisted?

I've played XO and SO several times lately, and i have experience as being the acting Commander as XO, as well as SO and i understand the importance of both of these roles, i've played XO before the Almayer's update and had some inspiration with Commanders Xur and Bill Carson as well as knowing the inners and edges of the job, i also have some experience in the SL role. In IC, i will try to keep a balance of RP and gameplay.

I would try to get the MPs to cover the pods, to make sure ONLY civillians evacuate, they didn't signed up for this shit.
