Does he really borderline grief on another character?

I don't really care for salt, since everyone does it, but if he actually skirts the rules on another character then ill definitely -1.

This is the one of many incidents where he tries to skirt the rules in order to grief people. He was banned for this:

(wrong, happened twice.) (again, wrong, he shot/hit them multiple times. clear intent)

So. Basically he disarmed someone multiple times, punched them, got shot via disarm RNG and then decided to shoot/hit them until they were decapped. They are a horrible player, and I don't think they deserve the whitelist in any reasonable way. This sort of behaviour does not fit CO at all. Even better he tried to blame the situation on the other person, and said they only shot them once which resulted in a lucky decap. Right.

Clear cut case of a bad player overall. Wouldn't trust them to do anything good as a CO.

No. A seasoned, veteran player does not imply you're good for being a CO or whitelist. That's a copout and you know. You have a long history of being toxic, you have said in mChat you don't like playing here but Xur pressures you into playing, will grief other players by being an overall prick, and you have not played any Command roles since you've returned here. My experiences with you ranged from you meming in ICSay, or just trying to kill me. To add onto eldefaultio's evidence, after punching you after you were being obnoxious, you decided to throw a throwing knife into me, and ran off, after chasing you down, you had no qualms against using your sniper in an open hallway to try and shoot me to death.

Y'see, the problem now is you refer to your griefing and rule breaking as a joke character. The joke isn't you trying to ap burst people, or trying to break roleplay by attempting to kill people and typing as if you're in a chat room.

The real joke is you, for thinking you're a funny guy and for thinking breaking the rules is just hilarious. For someone who talks up CM so much you genuinely just disappoint me, Skycave. CO apps aren't about competence in leading the marines to victory (beyond having knowledge of the game, "skill" is not a factor for me). In fact, I barely care about apps at all, I really only take the player into consideration. Does this player behave well OOCly? Does this person understand RP, and take the server somewhat seriously? Does this person understand that losing can be fun?

As defaultio has thoroughly showcased, you have failed in pretty much all of the above. A solid -1 from me.
