Do you understand how the Battlefield Execution functions?
Yes. It's meant for usage in nessecary situations, and not to be used willy nilly when some moron pisses you off or insults you.

Do you understand you are not above Marine law, or allowed to enforce it yourself?
Yes. Although Other CO's don't seem to think so, I know that marine law is absolute for all.
What do you think is the job of a Commander?
Lead the troops into battle, Give orders, and make sure the team knows what they're doing, and does so, while making sure what they're doing isn't going to get them all killed

If a member of your staff is disobeying orders, how would you handle it?
Ask them why they're disobeying orders, and consider taking advice from them if it's better than your orders, without being "My orders are the best orders". If they're simply disobeying orders with no reason, punish them with brig time or with punishment OUTSIDE of execution unless nessecary.

Why should you be whitelisted?
Because I'm pretty sure I'd be a mature and responsible commander, due to seeing firsthand what NOT to do.

I think you already realized your mistake given your last post, but I guess just in case I'll point this out. A quote from the application guidelines states

The applicant's forum account must be at least 14 days old.

At the time of you posting this it looks like your forum account is only 8 days old which doesn't meet the requirements.
I can't really speak for who you are and how you act in game given that I don't recognize you. In your app under your character name it just says "Reyn." Is that your full name in game?

Also, the formatting in your app is pretty lackluster, if you see this response within the next half hour after I post it you should still be able to edit your original post. Take some time to make it look nicer and perhaps add a little more information where it is needed. While a spelling mistake here and there and some bad paragraph spacing will probably not be the deciding factor in whether or not your app gets accepted or denied, it goes a long way towards showing you're willing to put in effort by just making your application look nice.

Well, you broke one of the rules so it will be auto-denied anyway. Though I will give my input anyway:

Your app is lacking waaay too much. Like, too much. A CO servers to Command. Well, nice. What else?

Also, if your SO is undermining your authority you will just... Ask to hear his idea? This is some weak CO. If I had you in command and saw how weak you are I would just give 0 shits about your orders, since I know you are weak on spirit and I can get away with it.

Even if you met all requirements, you are way unfit for command. -1 to heaven and beyond.

Really easy 360 noscope -1 here, agree with previous posts. Explore others applications, take more time to get experience not only as part of command staff, but also different roles like sls, ro and mp for you to know how it feels to get different orders.
