Yes.
Do you understand how the Battlefield Execution functions?
Yes. In my opinion, i will try to use the BE as little as possible. I think its better to let the MPs handle marine law matters, but if someone is costing a lot of marine lives, and they have no reason for it, then i'll be damned if that keeps going on
Do you understand you are not above Marine law, or allowed to enforce it yourself?
Yes, ive had to arrest a CO as a MP, and watched it happen a couple of times.
What do you think is the job of a Commander?
I think the job of the CO is to facilitate a roleplay IDEA, and do it in a fun/interesting way that allows BOTH the aliens and marines to have fun. I think the CO is a role that is supposed to make situations, make the marines feel like they are doing something REAL.
If a member of your staff is disobeying orders, how would you handle it?
- If it were in a non-mission critical way, and i was free at the time, i would talk it over with them, and show them my reasons for what i am doing. If they have a better way, by all means, i would listen to them.
- If it was during a mission critical time, i would ask the MP's to escort them to the brig for insubordination. I think the best way to run a Commanding Role is for me to let my staff have a input on how i do things, as five brains are better than one.
- Now, if this was during a mission critical time, and their non-compliance was causing marine deaths, i would BE them. I would do that because, marine lives matter.
I wish to be whitelisted to bring a fresh air to the CO realm, as i have seen many do. They inspired me to show that, i also can do this. Truthfully, i've seen the distance between the command staff and the Marines, and i want to try to bridge this gap, to make the marines feel included on what the command staff wants. To make the marines feel like people, and not just tools.
Also, any criticism is welcome and appreciated. Thanks!
