Do you understand you are not above Marine law, or allowed to enforce it yourself? Yes, I do understand, even the MPs are not above the law. No one is. Is there a Xeno aboard the ship? They are subject to Marine Law.

What do you think is the job of a Commander? To command the troops to victory, B.E.ing threats to the mission, taking notes from Staff Officers and the XO to command a strike of attack most suited to the situation. And to provide Comic Relief in briefing.

If a member of your staff is disobeying orders, how would you handle it? I would consult myself this: "Are my orders breaking Marine Law? Is the order impossible? Am I ordering them to die?" if none of them are true, I would ask the MPs to arrest for insubordination, and if its dire, B.E.

Why should you be whitelisted? I've been apart of this community for a time, a year or so, I feel like I can handle the burden of Commander, although I'm not that noticed, I provide some RP as Xenomorph Queen, using psychic whispering more often than others, and the crowning moment of my RP is being a Sterotypical Russian UPP... Though, I may not command the marines to victory, I would command them to have fun role-playing as well.

I recognize the name, but more so as a medic than as command staff. No negative experiences, and though while RP is great, as well as a staple of the CO role, I personally favor those more focused on leadership. Going to leave this as a Neutral, with room for a positive if I see you taking more responsibility as SO/XO.

Aside from that, how would you react in the following, if you were CO:
The marines are barely holding the FOB, with a PO sounding scared and wanting to bail from the LZ, which might abandon the marines if overrun... Your XO seems to be ready to call for retreat, but several seasoned SL's on the ground are saying you can hold.

So, this seems like two of my situations of PO and XO slammed together... but aside from that

I would ask the SOs first if it seems bad, if all four of them says: "Yes", then I will provide a retreat, with one squad going on the Alamo each time, if 3 or less of the SOs says: "Yes" then I will check on them around every one minute, asking them if the enemy has breached the FOB yet, if one or more says yes, then a full retreat. If none of the SOs says: "Yes" I will, once again, check on them around every two minutes, to see if it seems bad.

Hmm I don't know, you said you do a lot RP and what not, but you didn't say you have ever played XO or SO. Although I'm sure you probably have, The problem is you need to have very good leadership skills, Commander doesn't RP as much as you would think, most of the time you are giving orders, only really RPing when it's needed. I don't recognize the name either, I would say play XO a lot and maybe I'll sway into your favor, but for now -1.

Also, as Commander, you want to B.E as less as possible, Battlefield executing a lot of people usually ends pretty bad, you want to use your MPs as much as possible.
