Yes I've read it over and also have talked to many Synth player for hints and tips on how to play the role properly.

Bennett stood at the front of the large Naval Academy lecture hall, where Colonial Marine officers have been taught for centuries. His job was to teach these second year midshipmen about military history and tactics. With a cold demeanor, the tall slender synthetic continued his lecture to the class, and was in mid sentence saying,
“Now remember, during times of chaos and a last stand, Sun Tzu said it was best to put your soldiers in a position of de…”
Suddenly the intercom came on with a loud voice saying, “Synthetic Bennett, Report to Admiral Luke Compton’s office as soon as possible.”
The synthetic stopped mid sentence, and gave out a small sigh. He turned to his class, with his arms behind his back standing tall and said, “Class, continue to read Chapter 2. There will be a short quiz later on The Art of War. Please remember that Naval Academy protocol requires all midshipmen to get an eighty percent better on all quizzes or face failure.”
The synthetic then stepped out of the lecture hall, and made his way to the Admiral’s office. He arrived to the office of Admiral Luke Compton, Vice Superintendent of the Naval Academy.
He entered the office, stood tall with his arms behind his back, and his fingers interlocked. He looked down at the Admiral who was sitting at his desk. With little emotion in his face, Bennett said “Hello admiral, you called for me?”
The admiral chomping on a small cigar, and holding a glass of whiskey in his right hand smiled. He looked directly at Bennett and said “Ah welcome Bennett. I trust everything is going well with your class.”
Bennett gave a slight nod.
“Good good.” The admiral said. “I have new orders for you Bennett. You are doing a fine job, but the high command has decided to change our curriculum.” Bennett with a cold stare looked at the admiral and said “I see admiral, is there something wrong with my services?” The admiral quipped back, “No, not at all Bennett. However high command has decided that history lessons will not be needed anymore and they have decided to assign all synthetics at the academy to the Fleet.”
“I see admiral.” the synthetic replied with little emotion. The admiral then handed Bennett a memo with new orders. “You are to report to the USS Almayer next week. You are to take over duties as their current synth is being sent back to The Company for upgrades. You will report to Commander Bill Carson. It’s been a pleasure having you here Bennett, but you are needed elsewhere.”
With little emotion the synthetic replied “I understand, thank you admiral, will there be anything else?” The admiral shook his head no, and with that Bennett left the office.

Months later Bennett found himself on the USS Almayer Arikara-Class Patrol Transport. He settled into his new duties well, and went to wake up Commander Bill Carson.
Bennett entered the Commander’s quarters and in a monotone voice said “Good morning Commander, it is oh five hundred and the time you requested I wake you.”
The commander still in a stupor looked at the synthetic and grumbled “Coffee, black, three sugars.”
Bennett nodded, and went to the bridge to prepare the coffee for the Commander. He re-entered the bridge with the hot coffee in hand. “Here you go Commander.” The commander took a sip and said “Ah coffee, whoever discovered you should have been awarded a medal.”
Bennett looked at the Commander and said, “Well Commander, you can thank an African goat herder who was believed to have discovered the drink many years ago on ear…”
Bill Carson interrupted Bennett and in a loud tone said “Listen robot, if I wanted a fucking history lesson, I would open a book. Now get out of my quarters and go assist the over-glorified janitors with the reactor!”
Bennett not affected by the Commander’s stern words nodded, and left the quarters. He made his way to the engineering department.
The USS Almayer was currently enroute to the Solaris Ridge colony and currently on its 2nd month of its 3 month journey. The majority of the marines were in hypersleep and a skeleton crew was currently manning the transport. He arrived at lower engineering department and was greeted by Lieutenant Commander Penkina. The blonde female engineer said “Hello Bennett, the commander told me you were coming. Once you get your safety vest on, you will assist me in replacing the reactor fuel cells.”
Bennett looked at her, nodded, and put on the orange safety vest as required by USCM Procedure. He then followed the Chief Engineer into the reactor room, and they began to work.
As he was replacing a fuel cell, Bennett looked at the Chief Engineer and said “You know it’s interesting how you humans have evolved. At one point your ancestors tried to make power from human excrement.” The engineer stopped in her duty and said “Umm…I see.” Bennett then said with a small smirk “Did you know that the average human produces about 25 grams of burnable methane every time they defecate?”
The engineer with a gross look on her face said “Ok, enough talk about shit, let’s get on with the fuel cell recycling.”
Bennett nodded and said “Recycled power, at one point humans fought wars over resources so common that we can now recycle. Your species has definitely come a long way Engineer.”
Penkina with a blank stare looked at Bennett and said “I think I can finish here Bennett, please go up stairs and check on the Orbital Cannons. We have to run our daily diagnostics.”
With a nod, Bennett was off. He began to walk towards the front of the ship when he saw two of the ship techs on the Basketball court.
Jackson Hopper while playing basketball against Reinhard Shriver said “You can’t get this ball Rein, I’m like Michael Jordan, and I’m gonna take it all the way to the hole!” With that Jackson made a break away and scored a basket. He began to laugh when Reinhard said “Who the hell is Michael Jordan?”
Bennett overheard the conversation and said “Michael Jordan was a famous basketball player from the twenty to twenty-first century. He played for a team called the Chicago Bulls and broke many records.”
Both of the techs looked at Bennett. Reinhard said “Oh really.” With a small smirk Bennett replied, “Yes, did you know that the game you are playing was created in 1891 in Springfield Massachusetts.” If you want a further history lesson, please come seek me out any time. Bennett then nodded and made his way to the front of the transport.
He began to work on the diagnostics when his internal alert reminded him “Lunch will be served at 1130, please remember to report to the kitchen at 1030 to begin cooking.”
Bennett then set an internal reminder with “I think the Commander said he wanted spaghetti today, I will have to try that recipe I located in the archives by that award winning twenty-first century chef.”
The time was 1000 hours, and Bennett completed his duties at the cannons, and made his way down to the lower decks.
He passed by the main sleeper holding area where all the combat marines slept soundly in their hyper-sleeper tubes. He walked into the canteen, which is when he saw Noah Cruz, one of the engineering techs. Bennett looked and saw that the tech was doing pushups and other exercises. Bennett began to peer at Noah, when the tech looked up and said.
“Something you need, Robot?”
Bennett with his usual stone look said. “If you spread your grip more, you will increase your muscle building effectiveness by thirty point zero six percent.”
The tech who stopped his exercise said “Yeah, and who made you the expert on getting these sweet gains?”
Bennett smirked and said, “History Sergeant, there were plenty of your species in the twentieth century who were the pioneers of exercise. Humans like Lalenne, Schwarzenegger, Atlas, Coleman, Harper to name a few.” Bennett then said, “If you have a few moments, I can share with you some of their teachings.”
Noah got on his knees, flexed his biceps and quirked back, “I think these guns speak for themselves. I got this bro!”
Bennett nodded, then continued onto the Canteen kitchen area. He began to get prepared meals ready for the crew. He had to meet his deadline as lunch was to start at 1130 hours.

How do you intend to play your Synth (as in, describe HOW you will act/play your Synth and what support roles you’ll mainly focus on, what is your synthetics quirk)?
I intend to play Bennett as a Synth who has a massive data bank and will be not only a helpful robot, but an educational one as well. I call his quirk "The Walking Wikipedia" if you talk to Bennett about something, he has much knowledge at his fingertips (Which is pretty much how I am, as everyone says I'm a walking wealth of knowledge) You will not only be playing the game with me, but you might even learn something, especially history. If the Officers are talking strategy, you can expect me to give advice and quotes from various generals in history or from Sun Tzu himself with direct quotes from The Art of War. If regular marines are talking about sports, music, etc... you will hear me quirk up and start a conversation. If I'm assisting medical or research, I will be talking about various people in history related to medicine and the situation at hand (Jonas Salk, Marie Currie, Florence Nightingale, Louis Pasteur, etc...) I will be the jack of all trades, but I will mostly focus on medical/research and ship side engineering. However I will follow my guidelines and report planetside if I am ordered to assist with fortifications/tank.
My Synth will have the appearance of a slender college professor, and will act like a bit of a "I'm smarter than you" type.
How familiar are you with support roles? (ie; Medical, MT, Science, SO)
Very familiar, I'm a white listed CO and moderator so I have to know all the game mechanics in and out. I have to sometimes also help the mentors with their work if none are on and answer game questions relating to these roles.
Why should we whitelist you?
Roleplaying is like acting, and I've always been a role player even when I was growing up as a kid. Depending what my role is I give 110% behind it. If I'm the immigrant CO who worked his way up to the top from nothing, or act like a vato from a barro when a fighting PFC, I give it my all. Even when I play Xeno I try to make it fun and roleplay as the annoying attention whore Xeno who just wants the queens love, or the EMO teenage xeno who hates her mom and sisters. I've been white listed as a CO, made a full moderator, and I've been a member of this community for a few months now who just likes to help which I hopes prove to the community that I'm ready for this role. I'm very friendly with most players, even when I do my moderating job, and just want to be the familiar synth that everyone enjoys playing with.
