Are you familiar with the Synthetic Programming and Guidelines (http://www.colonial-marines.com/viewtop ... 57&t=14417)? Yes. I've read it over several times and have ghosted a few synthetics over my time playing, as they reacted to their given situations to better orient myself to the role.

Synthetic Character Story (An ADEQUATE description and story of your Synthetics actions and involvement in a previous mission onboard the Almayer): Norman is your friendly and non-overbearing, custom working Joe. His parameters have zeroed in on medical and engineering abilities to be performed to the utmost efficiency, but no job is too much for this machine. During one of the Almayer's skeleton shifts, Norman proved a note-able asset to the crew of the Almayer by performing quick and successful surgeries one after another, saving many marine lives in the process. To assist in the recovery of combat personnel from their possible field trauma, this synthetic was also given a database on psychiatric techniques to keep morale up, and mutinies low! In accordance to the recent influx of hooliganism and general marine behavior, Norman was also upgraded with a increased understanding of the Marine Law. Passing multiple simulations on marine law, Norman has shown enough general understanding and on-field deduction to become a valuable asset to the MPs aboard the Almayer, if command allows to play in this jurisdiction. This understanding of marine law was put to the test when Norman was placed onto a case by the CMP to discover who had set off a grenade in the briefing room before the initial meeting was set to begin. Deducing from RO testimony on explosive handouts and given the power to check over marine's inventories via CMP approval, Norman found the culprit with the help of two MPs and was sent to medical to assist with the operation.

How do you intend to play your Synth (as in, describe HOW you will act/play your Synth and what support roles you’ll mainly focus on, what is your synthetics quirk)?
Norman is a formal but simple synthetic. They follow their directives and command staff accordingly, diligently working so they may increase the success rate of the operations the Almayer is tasked with. In the case it is required, the machine can adopt a more passive and understanding directive, to assist marines suffering from trauma or outraged due to the circumstances. The opposite is true, however, as the Synthetic can also adopt a more cold persona to assist with it's work as a stand-in MP.
How familiar are you with support roles? (ie; Medical, MT, Science, SO)
I have a great understanding of medical and surgeries, but working with chemicals confuses me mostly (currently working on this with medical researcher / down time as doctor). Engineering is no problem, as I have many rounds of engineer staff under my belt. I have lead a few operations as XO and assisted in many others as SO. I have spent a few rounds as MP and CMP, as to better understand the marine law and how to apply it to many situations in the Almayer.

Why should we whitelist you? I believe Norman should be a approved synthetic because I have been attempting to focus more on RP roles to help better accentuate the roleplay environment of CM. Although memes and unga rushes are all good fun and games, it is a medium roleplay server and even I forget about that sometimes (I have the notes to prove it, sadly) Therefore, having the chance to play a more roleplay focused role would be very beneficial for myself and the community. .

Have you been banned from CM in the last month for any reason (we will check, and lies may result in immediate denial)? I've been banned before for three hours due to EORG. I accidentally shot myself with a shotgun when I was trying to reload it.

Are you currently banned from any other servers and if so, why? Never been banned from another server, I don't really play any other servers aside from CM.

Would you say that this paragraph is a story? - It's seriously lacking from my opinion. It doesn't read like a story. It feels like an advertisement, but done poorly.

Yeeeeeaaaah... would've been a good idea to have taken a look at the other applications for me to fully understand what was wanted from that. Kinda goofed there. Won't shoehorn one in down here though unlesss ya ask for it.

The story is short and not really good, Your quirk is being formal but your story doesnt show it. Your forums account was made October Fifth and the app was put up November Sixth with only eight posts besides the Application itself leading us to believe you made the account only to apply. I had no run ins with your character what so ever either. The EORG ban I wont hold against you as we ban immediately unless there is a hostile faction attacking you if there is any FF logs.

I would recommend being more well known in the community before applying, Taking time to actually put yourself into our community instead of just making forum accounts for applications and such. Make an actual story aswell.

I think you need some more time in the community before applying. I kinda know your name, and honestly it's only been mentioned because the Xenu name gets ahelped a lot as borderline a meme last name.
