Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): Well as I explained to the admin that banned me for a week, I had a thing going with my brother, such as when one dies the other takes over. That's why we have the same second name, during the time of us switching and me now playing, an admin contacted us and asked us about the situation, I told him the same as above, he then bans us. After the week I come back after agreeing with my brother we have to stop, I play on an Ice map, once died I went off to play Gmod. I came back today to find out I have been permabanned for Multi Keying after the week ban. I promise since the week ban we have never "multikeyed". I have came here to see if this can be removed, if only one account can get it removed, then I would like to ask for my account, the cocoboy135 account to be unbanned. Thank you.

This is because he watches me play, we have a large monitor where we both sit and watch, he watches me play and the other way around, we do this every now and then but not that much, it's when our mum ain't home to watch him normally, I apologise if you think i'm lying

To be honest that's where I went wrong, I did not know I had to communicate with anyone to tell them, I read the rules every now and then but I am not the most remembering person, I apologise and I admit I did not communicate with the staff

We talked a bit on discord about your situation and you seemed really sincere and worried about this server.
The thing is, it clearly states in the rules that multikeyeing will result in a permaban. I can understand your brother playing only after you die, not everyone has multiple computers. I could see myself falling into a similar trap if I was on a trip or something.
The biggest issue is that this could have been easily avoided had you read the rules all the way through and simply messaged staff. To think about lifting this ban, we need assurance that you understand all the rules properly.

Right. So the reason we don't take, "It was another person playing the account," is because there's no way to prove that it wasn't just you logging in right after you die, which is much more likely in general. If you and your brother really wanted to play together, you could have swapped off after each round or allowed the other person to play Xeno at the time. The rules still directly say you can't log into another account during the round.

So the Ckey you use is Artivus and your brother uses Cocoboy135? We also have an account named Cocoboy1357. Both of those accounts have terrible notes.

Yeah well as I said me and my brother have been doing this for a while and never got caught up on it, I take full blame that I should have read the rules more clear. I have spoken to Apop and described the situation, but I do promise that it wont happen again, and yeah cocoboy1357 was my account after I forgot my password for cocoboy135, as it was connected to my mums email as I don't have much contact with her. Also no it's the other way round, they are both my account, but one if for my brother, aka artivus. cocoboy135 has been my old name though for a while

Normally I would dismiss the appeal based on the number of notes you have over that many Ckeys, but I may be willing to let you get another shot on the server. If you do return this month, it's going to be under a probation period for sure. The final call is going to be down to Apop and I wouldn't get your hopes up too much as he may require you go a month or two under perma before he considers lifting it.
