Since my last appeal i've restrained myself from re-appealing again, hoping that I'd have more sucess when I waited for a longer period of time other than throwing them out monthly with a probably low chance of lifting it.
Lately I've played on some of the copied servers of Colonial Marines out there, though the level of roleplay and the feeling within the community is not comparable to the original here, especially when it comes to people not taking their roles seriously enough on those servers.
Though I have to admit that it reminded me of the great times I've had on CM, so I chose to appeal here again. I know this is no real evidence or something, just in case you wondered about the timing of my appeal.
First off i want to point out why I probably played with both accounts for a short period of time during the first appeal. (Which was the reason for the rejection of my last appeal)
I'll have to wind back a little in time to explain this to my best knowledge as of to date:
My original appeal was concerning my other account "Graffy" where I got banned on every special role for killing myself in the preperation room with explosives which I evaded with the account that I now only use named "Nyoz" due to the rather unfair punishment. Of course this makes no excuse for multikeying, since I should've simply appealed it at the time, though it's important for the following part.
When my first appeal was being reviewed, after I came to Aceluke and told him about the Multikeying, who placed a one-week ban on my main account "Nyoz", the one-week ban actually expired because it didn't get extended by an admin during the review. I played a bit with Nyoz during the review (which was a pretty stupid decision) and also checked my other account Graffy, if any of the job bans got lifted or if it got completely banned. When I checked I could play all roles with Graffy and tried one because I didn't believe it at first. I thought at the time that it got actually lifted due to the appeal, which didn't seem to be the case though as it turned out later.

For short:
Due to the missing extention of my main account (Nyoz) ban and the weird lift(?) on the jobbans on the secondary account (Graffy) I was confused and thought it would be alright if I played at that period of time.
Also, secondly, I want to give to thought again, that I did indeed talk with a Moderator (Aceluke) about the whole situation who then rightfully placed the ban on my Nyoz account due to Multikeying and wasn't actually caught doing so. This stands in direct conflict with the reasoning that was given at the rejection of my first appeal:

They admitted to the situation that they switched accounts due to the fact they got job banned for everything due to a single mistake. Personally I have to state that this is something I completely am against and if I was staff at the time would have probably gone to a higher up due to the way the ban was handled. Though due to circumstances I dont think I could have done much."

I want to draw some sort of conclusion of the whole scenario.
I understand that I did wrong by evading my jobbans on my old account by using another and it was stupid to check them again the way I did. I also want to mention, that in my opinion a lot of confusion got created because the accounts didn't get banned like they should have during the first review and also that I find some of the rejection posts I got on earlier appeals questionable, due to the given evidence.

Finally I can only say that I understand, that it must be hard to keep track of everything as member of the staff as well, which is why I've tried to put all of it together in this post more or less.
I really hope that I'll be able to play on the server again any time soon and that I do regret the actions I've taken that lead to this scenario.

But I can assure you, that I never had any malicious intend with what I did towards anybody after all.

As a squad marine, used a flamer on another marine who was stealing alcohol from a booze dispenser. Nyoz did this because he had been ordered to bring the dispenser to command on the Almayer, and he had already told them to stop multiple times. Its been about six months..ish. And while I'm not a fan of statements such as " I also want to mention, that in my opinion a lot of confusion got created because the accounts didn't get banned like they should have during the first review and also that I find some of the rejection posts I got on earlier appeals questionable, due to the given evidence." Which in my eyes seem to try to shift the blame of what happened from yourself onto us, at the end of the day you did indeed come forward and admit to multikeying on your own, and I think that should be taken into account. You did the crime and you did the time for it. I would support one of these accounts being unbanned. Additionally I would support the job ban of all roles except engineer being lifted as it shouldn't have been a blanket ban, in my opinion, in the first place.

Can you get a voucher from civ13/yogstation if you've been playing on them for a while. Just a screenshot on asking for notes or something would work if you havent been causing issues.

Yogstation won't probably possible for a voucher, since I've been barely playing there lately.
I could get one from Fallout: Bad Deathclaw that I've been active on for a while, playing every couple of days some rounds.


If that doesn't suffice I might get one from Lebensraum/Civilization1713 as well, which didn't work out initially since the admin seemed very busy at the time.

From what I recall of you back when. You didn't seem like a bad person. I'm all for setting this lifted at this time. Just remember to use the forums in future for appealing job bans/unfair decisions.

Coming clean with what you did is certainly a plus, especially given the confusing mess that's this situation. Enough time has passed and your appeals lead me to believe you regret the multikeying incident and you do have some people vouching for you. That said, you still caused a few issues before the permas stuck, so this is what we're going to do. We're going to transfer all your notes and bans to Nyoz, lift the ban on that key, and put you on a two month probation. You may appeal the job bans at the end of the first month, on the 5th of January.

Resolved - Notes and bans transferred to the "Nyoz" ckey, on probation until the 5th of February 2019.
