In the past few weeks, I have been a little bit enlightened about my lifestyle, so I had to make some serious decisions. And one of them, as you can imagine, is complete ban on playing any kind of video games (And Spess men simulators)!
I began to look at them as a disease and I must say, I truly feel better with how much more time I got for important stuff, as I have replaced that bad habit with good ones. I have also joined AIESEC to finally develop my social, presentation, leadership, marketing and financial skills, as well as socializing with people inside who share more developed view of the world. (Seriously, if you wish do develop your social skills, join AIESEC (It is not a cult!))
Surprisingly, swapping bad habits with good ones is quite easy, you just need to fill in the free time. I have been game-clean for 20 days now without even thinking of playing them again! Simply try reading a book every time you think of playing something.
To be honest, SS-13 kept me sane during the hard time with my personal life. I want to thank everyone in this wonderful, but equally salty community, everyone who supported my work here as a developer, and Apophis & Rahl for making this salt pile operational.
I wish you best of luck!
Farewell!
