Just a confirmation that I'll be leaving/retiring/not as active/etc.
Although this doesn't mean that I won't occasionally pop up for a round in the future.
It's been fun, but I feel the game's lost its fun/allure of playing now. I feel that the proverbial straw which broke my camel's back were the introduction of the pouch system. In response, my interest in playing shifted over to observing, while that same shift in interests was pushed on by the balancing and metas as of recent.
Sorry in advance if I repeat myself or sound redundant or offputting; as well as apologies any fracas or trouble I've stirred.

Re: Confirmation
This is why we shouldn't continue having all fucking rounds (excluding events) marines vs xenos, it's getting super-boring. Just place humans vs humans rounds on rotation, or an xenos vs xenos rounds.

Re: Confirmation
I think the problem is more that human v. xeno rounds are pretty linear. There isn't really any room for variation given the limitations placed on marine gameplay and xeno gameplay.Honkintuga wrote: ↑25 Mar 2018, 14:54This is why we shouldn't continue having all fucking rounds (excluding events) marines vs xenos, it's getting super-boring. Yeah, for a game focused around asymmetrical gameplay, the ayys and marines are both pretty much equally ass. Either complete xeno stomp, complete marine stomp, or delayyyyliens
