Regarding Feweh's Removal as Manager

As everyone knows by now, Feweh was removed from staff Sunday Night. This was in response to a recent complaint about some discord comments and his additional comments following his apology. Our headstaff met together and discussed the situation for a long time, before discussing it with Feweh. This was not an easy decision for us to make, as we all view Feweh as a friend and have spent the better part of 2 years working with him as a staff manager. His presence will be missed. However, it is our belief that his comments were inappropriate, and that when he apologized and retold the story, re-adding the initial comment as a joke crossed a line we believed went too far.
I understand some people disagree with our actions, but the bottom line is that the heads agreed it was unacceptable for someone in the position of power to make comments like that, then undermine their own apology the way he did by adding the joke back onto it there.
Feweh is not banned from the forum, discord, or the game and is still welcome to play and hang out with us. Our heads have all long-considered Feweh a friend (and still do) as well as a very valuable member of our headstaff. This is probably the most difficult decision we've had to ever make, and we did not make it easily.
Also to address one of the rumors and stomp it out now, Feweh was NOT cyberstalking or trying to track anyone down. That is a blatant lie that is being spread, and we will not tolerate it to continue to be spread.
Finally, we're hoping to move past this and continue to provide much the same experience we have always provided. We're looking into options for how to move forward, and I'm sure Feweh would not want people to dwell on this and tarnish what he left behind.
