Welp. Since I guess Feweh is now trying to drag me through the mud in an attempt to save face, I might as well address a couple things.

ElDefaultio was removed because Feweh demanded it. Feweh said that ElDefaultio had been a problem for a long while and that he wanted to not only remove him from staff, but ban him from the community as well. SLC was there during the meeting and, while SLC did not tell us about his involvement in that whole deal, he did not throw ElDefaultio under the bus. In fact, SLC strongly defended ElDefaultio during that whole thing, trying to get us to completely wave the removal, then trying for just a demotion, then trying and succeeding in convincing us to allow him to keep playing the game. We went with Feweh's decision because he was in charge of staff decisions and none of the rest of us Heads paid any particular attention to ElDefaultio's past history, so we took it at Feweh's word that he was a problem and removal was the best option.

The next day, it came out that SLC was also involved in the attempt to get Feweh overthrown (leaked by ElDefaultio because he believed SLC had thrown him under the bus). As opposed to the ElDefaultio situation, I knew what sort of person SLC was and I knew what type of work he did. Feweh once again pushed for total removal. This time I protested very strongly, not because SLC is my brother, but because I did not believe a fairly high ranking staff member (Senior Moderator at the time) with that sort of history should be straight up removed without a chance for redemption. Feweh still held firm at total removal but I was able to convince Apop and Rahl to demote SLC and put him under probation, pretty fair for anyone that does good work but made one big mistake I thought.

My speaking out in defense of staff members or recommending people that stick out to me for promotions is not a new thing or exclusive to SLC. Even when we ended up removing Feweh, I was the one who first brought up the idea of just demoting him, though we ultimately decided against that. I am part of the reason Feweh still has Discord and forum perms, something that has apparently come back to bite me. I even have brought up the idea of bringing back staff members, if they wanted to come back, like ElDefaultio who may had been wrongly removed by Feweh.

2. ElDefaultio was NOT removed at my request, in fact I specifically remember Apop being far more demanding that ElDefaultio be removed from the community. We all agreed and this was a GROUP decision and not directly related to purely me.

3. Yes you brother was useless and I did want him removed.
Your brother SLC logged a total of maybe 100 hours in the last year in-game, thats less than 10 hours a month on a game he was an Admin/Senior for. He was relatively uninvolved in Reports, log diving, investigations and in-game moderation. SLCs method of "recruiting/hiring" was to log on for 30 minutes, randomly send messages to the most active/prominent players telling them to JOIN STAFF! and then instantly log off. To be blunt, he literally did nothing... which leads me to my next point.


You and your brother both play a VERY good diplomatic game and are professionals at convincing everyone you're doing a good job.
In fact, you guys are so good at pretending to do work it's basically your actual positions within CM. You're right everyone liked SLC in the staff team, BECAUSE ALL HE DID WAS SIT IN SLACK AND TALK TO EVERYONE 24/7, if there was a position for "Official Slack Friend" SLC would've been Head of that position. Then theres you BMC, the Head Dev who doesn't even play CM and has literally no idea of any balance or game-play idea. The good thing is that you are very self-aware of this, which turned you into a YES MAN to appease your staff. You shit on ForwardSlashN for being such a shittier Head Dev than you, but his output and contribution to CM was far greater than yours, unless of course youre counting your YES'es for appeasement.


You aren't wrong though, I did view staff more-so as numbers and production values.
In hindsight it was and is one of my greatest weaknesses but I did it with the best intent and wouldn't change a thing.

This will be my last post and I never wanted things to be like this as I left the community and said very little to avoid Drama to preserve CM.
However you guys threw me under the fucking bus and shit all over me to ruin my name and my work.

I don't really know who to believe as it stands, in regards to all these accusations flying around - but as it stands feweh has been demonstrating some less than stellar behaviour, and SLC has made some fairly poorly thought out decisions, in terms of recent events. I would advise all parties to clear their heads a tad and remember that this is -not- the end of the world.
