Whitelist changes

NGGJamie is stepping down from Manager to C0der (a special group for a trusted Manager that has more in-game permissions), Previously he was solely responsible for the Mod team and for all whitelist apps, which is a helluva lot to dump onto one person with an already busy schedule.

Thus, we're making changes to the whitelist system to expedite the application process. EmeraldBlood will be the one that adds or removes players from the list, and our staff's Seniors will be the ones to decide and vote on apps and then contact Emerald when an app has at least 3 positive votes (subject to change). This should make things flow a lot smoother.

Community involvement in whitelisting is still good.

SLC has been moved from Recruitment Manager to be our new Mod Manager.

It should be noted that Community Vote is not going away and community involvement will still play a strong part in getting an app accepted/denied. Should a whitelist have a very positive vote by the community, but failed the majority of the Seniors vote, I (or another head/manager) may vote in favor of letting it pass. The opposite is also true. Keep in mind, this does not mean having an app of someone you do not personally like with negative votes will work. On top of this, Seniors have been informed that their votes should have as little bias as possible to them and friends/staff are not going to be given free passes into the whitelisted roles. We want everyone to have a fair chance at the whitelist and hopefully this new process can help speed up the system. Whitelist applications themselves remain unchanged as of now, so no one will need to redo any of theirs. If you have any questions about this, feel free to ask me and I'll try to get back to you.

Edit: As an additional clarification, this is a replacement to just going back to one person appealing/denying all whitelist themselves. We believe the new system will work better for everyone involved.

Please Try to don't revive a already "dead" post make another post asking about it or head to the discord though the Staff Help Channel,
Reviving post and More likely Annoucement posts like this may count has a badposting, also your post doesn't contain anything related to the original post or any of the responses.
if you still need a answer about it, try restarting your router or modem, sometimes ISP's think CM IP is a malicious Website and "block" its for your ip, if restarting the router/modem doesn't work, wait over 2-24 hours and it should get fixed, if not contact your ISP (also check your Proxy it may be the cause too)

Sorry for reviving and thank you for answer, but recent I found out, that server is accessable using vpn, what makes me wonder, is my original IP in some kind of black list

if you are using a VPN to access right now State that to the CM staff and explain your situation, most of time if they found out someone using a VPN they Perma-ban

Edit: yeah that's most likely because your isp blocked the CM server, though try to change the ip of the Router, it may work
