Add a hotkey for msay by default

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Add a button (Maybe F1 to F9 or one of those keys) that lets us use msay without having to type out msay every time

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
It makes talking in msay 200% less awkward

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
We no longer have to type out msay every time we type a message

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
No idea

Maybe? I mean, it doesn't affect me, I just type Msay "WHATEVER" like I were typing Say.

It's more for the misstypes that often occur if you try to speedily type, atleast that's how it is for me.
