Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Simple, make vendors, like the nanomed that can be destroyed, repairable
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Stops one runner from seeing a random vendor and going "HMMMMMM, LET ME KNOCK/DESTROY THIS OBJECT THAT I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IT DOES" and makes it impossible to ever use it again, cucking whoever was trying to use it and especially Medics, who even at lowpop run out of medicine fairly quickly in a long fight, and the only way to get more is to retreat and when you come back, planet is most likely taken over since there was nobody to help treat those injuries that come faster than you can treat one person.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Its not funny to see aliens just deciding to meta target vendors that should by all rights be unknown what they do and their importance, since it essentially cripples medics and marines ALOT, since you WILL eventually have to retreat, and with how long it takes to go back up, re-supply, and then go back down, by that time, aliens could kill or cripple 10 more marines, break defenses a lot more or even take over the entire planet that you don't even need to go to the ground anymore.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Sheets of metal (around 3-7 maybe?) and a welding tool, maybe even a screwdriver, anything honestly will work.

Don't take vendors off the ship with you or better secure your planetside ones?

Problem is, before you can even land, xenos can meta-target them for no real reason before they are even moved, or even considered to be moved, hence for this suggestion.apophis775 wrote:Don't take vendors off the ship with you or better secure your planetside ones?

+1 Should definitely be a thing; would also help stop alien meta from being so problematic.
Vendors should also probably be more resilient in general so a drive by love tap or two can't take them out.

+1, should be a mixture of time, wires, wrenches, and maybe steel/microchips to repair it.
Gaze upon me,
for I have wandered deep into the ancient tombs of knowledge to which lie madness and sorrow, cleansing a path for all those who walk behind me...
...
But seriously, does uh, anyone know the way out?!
~Furthermore, I consider that Floodlights should no longer be destroyed.~
