Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Admins having a .txt with pre-written Fax answers with objectives or responses to the fax CLs players always send
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): CLs will stop fucking around and antagonizing everyone once they have some clear objectives and the people playing CL will have something to do other than roleplay the same scenarios over and over again which in turn leads people to do stupid shit. That way everyone gets their faxes replied and the admins will just have to copy paste and add a couple names. Everyone happy.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Better RP
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):Admins get together and share whatever faxes they've written in the past or make a set of new ones, like 3 or 4 is enough, the reply with the objectives, the one for objectives accomplished, the one for what to do with survivors and the boarding one. It will only have to be written once.

Re: Pre written CL faxes
A lot of admins already do have a pre-written fax thing that they use for every fax. Some admins don't care and send not spellchecked literal piles of shit, it's an issue of admins caring enough to use it tbh.

Re: Pre written CL faxes
I've seen a couple, yeah. Which is why one or two admins or some people from staff could write 3, spell check, proof read and then distribute it among other admins and mods, that way there's no "AYYS BOARDED, LEL GOOD LUCK" faxes or "SAY YOUR PRAYERS. Love WY". I mean if players take the time to write a couple paragraphs or even a few lines then you can at least copy paste a reply and add their names in it. When someone takes a good 5 minutes writing a detailed report fax and it never gets replied to, then that player gets discouraged from writing good faxes or even writing again at all because why bother if he will receive no answer, so he starts doing whatever to pass the time and that ends being a detriment to the game 70% of the time. If they receive replies it will encourage them to write better faxes because they now know they're going somewhere with it.

Re: Pre written CL faxes
I would like a system where a database of premade objectives can be sent to the CL and update their objectives as seen in their notes. However I will need to state that expecting a reply every time is not realistic. Sure you can write a 5 paragraph fax and a free admin may well latch to it, there are some road blocks. One being that even with recent additions the admin team is fairly small. Another is the fact we have duties as staff and many also like to play the game as well.
