Preprogrammable Orbital Beacon Offsets

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):

Reduces the obnoxious, miscommunication and delay laden confirmations that are necessary for the use of any beacon offset which often results in Marines nuking themselves or not hitting anything at all between misunderstandings and time delays.


Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):

SLs can use the Orbital Beacon to pre-program it with X and Y offsets (defaulting to 0/0). BO can choose to use the pre-programmed offset or use his own manual inputs. Overwatch consoles by default are set to use the pre-programmed offsets.

I'd love to see this happen, it's very rare to see an effective OB because usually command decides to fire west instead of east, because they either don't know how to read the message that pops up about the offset, and/or they didn't pay attention in Algebra class about Quadratic Formulas for vertexes.
