[Xeno] Resin Barricade

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Replace the resin membrane with a resin barricade, that would be stronger than resin membrane but weaker than a door. In return, they'd upgrade xeno's defensive chances, and xenos can run over them; it would fit a niche similar to sticky resin where you just place it down to help slow down marines while passively helping the xeno side. Not sure if this has been suggested before, either.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Gives xenos another niche defensive building type instead of just the sticky resin and helps in diversifying hive designs.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Read above.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Coding, and minimal spriting.

I would prefer if the resin barricade allowd sentinel spitter prae and boiler projectiles to go throught

Yeah, I was thinking that as well, I just thought it would be assumed. Thanks for putting that up, though.
