Make toggle darkness and toggle ghost vision different things

Make it so that there are two separate buttons for toggling darkness and toggling ghost vision as a ghost.

Sometimes I want it to be dark and spooky without other ghosts clouding my vision.

I do like this idea, seeing other ghosts is impossible anyways if there is a large amount of darkness and then enabling "darkvision" makes it so you can't see ghosts anyways.

If this DOES get accepted, it should be incredibly low priority though.
