Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Just put a bulletin board inside the ORs so Surgeons don't have to juggle 30 sheets of paperwork on the ground.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Muh Immmersion. Quality of Life. Less mistakes, potentially. Really, a minor issue with a minor correction, but will make paper-pushing less annoying for scatterbrained doctors.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Simple implementation of the classic bulletin board from SS13/boxstation. Add a timestamp to the title of medical reports that come off the Advanced Scanner so it's easier to tell which is the most 'recent' in case you end up with return patients. (Common). Put bulletin board on the wall behind the surgery table. This 'idea' can easily be replaced by adding an additional clipboard to the Medbay so that both doctors have one, instead of just one, and adding the timestamps to the document titles as suggested.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
As above, really.
Add another clipboard to surgery or maybe a bulletin board or something.

Re: Add another clipboard to surgery or maybe a bulletin board or something.
I would love to have a bulletin board next to the ORs so if someone is preforming triage they can line up patients have their paperwork next to the OR to get them set nice and quickly +1
Also if we could have filing cabinet somewhere, that would be nice since it seems strange to throw patient documents into the trash and launch them into space...

It's worth noting there's a bulletin board in the Engineering dome of LV 624 -- assuming you can add/remove paper to it, should be a pretty easy copy/paste job.
What would be even nicer is a "Print to Medical Records" option on the Advanced Scanner so you could simply go paperless and get the information off the Medical HUD, but I imagine it would take some time getting used to.
