New way to make a Marine Minor (not high priority)

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):Add a new way of making a marine minor, it will work when there are more than 5 infected marines, and no aliens. It will give more RP to the game and increase the number of marines being treated because of xeno infection

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):As I said it will improve RP and help the aliens and marines giving them motivations for the marines to be checked by a doctor when the symptons start to appear, and the aliens to infect more marines.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):well I alredy said the nescessary in the other paragraphs, so...

when all aliens die, but there are 5 or more infected marines, a marine minor will happen because 5 or more aliens might burst and continue the species.

-1 because... why would you want to screw marines over like that? Marine majors are already few and far between. Having that turn into a marine minor because 5 people got infected is a pretty big and poinless middle finger.

I just don't see the point really, also generally speaking when an alien infestation begins the reason it spreads so quickly and gets out of control is that the crew, marine force, colony, etc were taken by surprise. After the end of a round it can be easily assumed the marines know exactly how the aliens reproduce and thus the aliens won't have that surprise advantage anymore and will likely be killed off long before they reach maturity.
