Give the Ice Colony and the Lazarus map their own system of cameras.

Stops Ice Colony and Lazarus from breaking my immersion by somehow being able to access the Sulaco's cameras.

Just add another system of cameras to the Ice Colony and Lazarus which you can access only from the Ice Colony and Lazarus.
