Summary :
As stated, moving the join response team command from In character tab to Ghost tab
Benefits:
The people who use the Response team are ghosts, so it makes sense that it would be in that specific tab menu. It always confuses me when i go to look for the button, but i dont know if it bugs anyone else

Join Response Team was in IC because this server is bay code, they are suppose to be there. I really want it to be in Ghost tab.
