Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Pretty straightforward. Make it so that if someone pulls the pin on their grenade it will still throw it down a ladder, much like a flare. As it stands they'll instead drop it at their feet if they pull the pin.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): People will stop blowing themselves up all the time. Allows you to cook grenades before throwing them down the ladder.
