B18 Armored boots

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Well,when you are talking about ''B18'' some people mostly think at first ''Dank armor'' and some other think ''Shitty armor that slows you down'',if you see,it's uncommon having a B18 Specialist in a round,Once as B18 spec i was fighting Xenos in hangar on Ice colony,got a single AP round in feet that got flying off,bleed out due to medics being too busy shooting aliens,I'm not making a suggestion just because my experience with B18,but with people that had the same issue.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):B18 boots are your weak point,if someone decaps your feet off,you will pass the rest of your round in medbay or will lose some time on it,armored boots would enourage specs to use B18 more and be more wothier of being used,due to foot fetish aliens.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): As i sayed in the benefits,it would encourage more specs from using B18,Armored boots = +B18s

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Code the B-series crate to spawn B18 armored boots instead of standard combat boots.
